We know that mistakes happen sometimes and we are happy to help with any issues that may arise with an order.

In the event that you recieve a damaged set of nails, please retain the item and do not make use of them - we will be happy to replace the item or refund you the cost.

Packages that have been damaged or lost in transit are also eligible for replacement or refund. If you have an issue with a recent order, please fill out our contact form below and we will be in touch shortly.

*We do not offer refunds or replacements for nails that have been worn, incorrectly sized or damaged due to customer error.

We do not accept returns for hygiene purposes.
